YEIDA launches residential plot scheme 2022

Breaking all the past records, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has garnered a tremendous response to its plot scheme 2022. Nearly one lakh registrations have been received for 477 residential plots.

The Noida International Airport has proved to be a sweeping game changer for Yamuna Expressway Authority. According to Arun Vir, CEO, YEIDA, there has been an overwhelming response to the residential plot scheme this year. This is the highest number of applications received for any YEIDA housing scheme so far. The official data states a maximum number of 44,349 applications for 226 plots of 120 sq m size and 1,000 for 12 plots of 1,000 to 2,000 sq m size. Further, about 3,154 applicants are for 60 sq m plots, 7,766 for 90 sq m, 4,032 for 160 sqm, 11,057 for 200 sqm, 11,719 for 300 sq m, 737 for 500 sq m, 800 for 1,000 sq m and 181 for 2,000 sq m.

YEIDA launched a residential plot scheme on September 7, 2022. The window to apply for the scheme was till October 7, 2022, which was later extended by a week till October 14, 2022.

How will YEIDA plot scheme 2022 allottees be decided?
Around 477 land parcels in various proportions will be allotted near Noida International Airport through a draw on December 16, 2022. In the allotment process, priority shall be given to those who opted for a one time payment. The next preference is for the ones who paid 50 percent of the cost in one go, and the remaining amount in installments. The last preference is for applicants who opted for 30 percent at once and 70 percent in installments.

Where are YEIDA housing scheme 2022 plots located along Yamuna Expressway?
These 477 plots range from 60 sq m to 2,000 sq m in Sectors 16, 17A, 18, 20, and 22D. Of these, 262 plots are available in 120 sq m, followed by 67 in 200 sq m, 56 in 300 sq m, 40 in 162 sq m, 19 in 90 sq m, and 16 in 60 sq m. Four plots measuring 2,000 sq m, eight in 1,000 sq m, and five in 500 sq m are also available.

Earlier, the Authority had launched shop and kiosk schemes near Noida International Airport. According to the officials, some of the remaining plots are included from the previous schemes, while several are new.

YEIDA launches a One Time Settlement (OTS) scheme and mixed land use plot scheme
To ease the process of recovery, and payment of pending dues, YEIDA has again come up with One Time Settlement OTS) Scheme. The scheme shall be available to the allottees of residential plots, institutional plots, commercial plots, B.H.S, mixed land use, and 7 percent abadi plots. This one time settlement scheme shall be open till October 31, 2022. Allottees can visit Yamuna Authoritys official site to apply online for the OTS scheme.

Further, the Yamuna Expressway Authority launched a mixed land use plot scheme on November 18, 2022, for around five land parcels of over 40,000 sq m in Sector 24 of Greater Noida. This mixed land use plot scheme will encourage the establishment of non polluting industrial units.
