The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority launched the residential plot scheme for the sale of 1,184 residential plots in August 2023. The residential plots of YEIDA are considered to be of high value as they are located near the proposed Film City, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and the under construction Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport).
