The Blue Metro Line that runs across 65 km between Delhi and Noida has many housing societies situated along its length. ABA Cleo County and DLF Capital Greens are the two of the top five residential projects.

Running between Dwarka Sector 21 in Delhi and Electronic City in Noida, the Blue Metro Line is a 65 km long major connectivity corridor. It passes through various employment and retail hubs, including Connaught Place, Barakhamba, Karol Bagh and Rajendra Place in Delhi and Botanical Garden, Sectors 18, 62 and 63 in Noida. Thus, many people prefer to stay in proximity to the corridor as it not only ensures a hassle free commute to these workplaces but also saves time and transportation costs, therefore, shares the top five housing societies close to the Blue Metro Line that received maximum ratings from former and current residents. Reviewers rated these projects on connectivity, construction, safety, environment, and lifestyle amenities from one to five.

Delhi
In Delhi, the metro line covers 38 stations, the first being Dwarka Sector 21 and the last being Yamuna Bank.

DDA Metro View Apartments

Besides, Noida bypass flyover is also within eight km, making the everyday commute a breeze.

Prateek Wisteria
Prateek Wisteria is a ready to move project in Sector 77, Central Noida. The configurations available here are 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK, with a starting price of Rs 53 lakh. It is well connected to FNG Expressway, NH24, and Noida Greater Noida Expressway, ensuring connectivity to NSEZ, Artha SEZ, and Sectors 18, 62, and 63. Reviewers praise 100 percent power backup and open spaces in the society. However, absence of sensor valves leading to waterlogging and mosquito breeding during rains are major concerns for residents.
