In the wake of the pandemic, Noida Extension has emerged as a rapidly growing real estate micro-market in the National Capital Region. It boasts a dedicated sector, Techzone IV that houses tech companies, IT parks, and data centers.
According to real estate experts, Noida Extension offers affordable two- and three-bedroom units, making it an attractive choice for middle-class and first-time homebuyers. Renowned developers have launched new projects, further enhancing the residential real estate scene.

IT professionals prefer it as a choice due to its accessibility and affordability as reasons for her recent flat purchase in Noida Extension. Notable residential projects in the area include Heritage Skyward, Arihant One, Coco Country, Trident Embassy, and more.
