Noida Housing Scheme 2023 Online application, registration, eligibility criteria and draw date

Soon after the results of the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2022 came out, the Noida Authority has invited applications to clear out unsold inventory in Noida. The scheme covers around 400 flats across sectors like Sector 52, 61, and 71, among others. Priced at Rs 45 lakh and above, the units cater to various buyer segments.

Beginning 2023 on a positive note, the Noida Authority has launched a scheme to reduce the inventory overhang in the city by offering 388 apartments across various budget segments. The Authority has included those flats that have previously been surrendered by owners or were unsold in the older schemes. Interested applicants can opt for the scheme from January 2, 2023, to January 31, 2023.

How to apply for Noida housing scheme 2023?
Interested applicants can submit the application form along with the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 1,800 (including GST). The processing fee is non refundable and non adjustable. Noida Housing Scheme 2023 Sectors covered
The residential apartments available for Lower Income Group (LIG) will be allotted through a draw system. However, the apartments under other categories will be allotted through e auction. The apartments for LIG category are available in Sector 52, 71, 99, 118 and 135, Noida. The MIG, HIG flats and Duplex are available in Sector 62, 99 and 135, Noida. Additionally, the housing inventory comes with parking spaces.

With the Authority trying to find takers for around decade old flats, it is hoped that it will show popularity and takers as its counterpart in Yamuna Expressway, and record similar success.
