In view of the report by the central committee, headed by former Niti Aayog chief executive officer , recommending solutions for stalled real estate projects across the country, the Noida authority has started a survey to collect details of each stalled project.
The survey will be completed in the next two weeks and the objective of the survey is to ascertain the number of such projects that have been delayed due to the financial crisis.
The survey will determine how many flats are stuck in these projects, how many units re unsold and what the current status is of each project, among others. The survey will help the authority in figuring out the current status of each delayed project and the solution each requires to safeguard the interests of homebuyers,” said Prabhas Kumar, additional chief executive officer, Noida authority.
