Over thousands of projects reviewed, ABA Cleo County, Prateek Laurel, Mahagun Moderne, RG Residency and Great Value Sharanam bagged the maximum scores and emerged as the best rated projects for construction quality in Noida.

ABA Cleo County
The possession of homes at ABA Cleo County, located in Sector 121, started in 2018. This RERA registered, ready to move project spreads over 25 acres and is designed around an Egyptian theme. The residential development has a Gold Certification for Green Building and is an earthquake resistant structure built as per the latest seismic codes. Most occupants in Cleo County have praised the timely upkeep of the residential towers and amenities however, higher maintenance charges are a pain point here.

Mahagun Moderne
The Moderne project in Sector 78 by Mahagun Group has an IGBC Gold Certification for Green Buildings. It is a RERA registered housing society that comprises 12 towers over 12.75 acres of land. In total, the project caters to 1,540 families.
While branded vitrified tiles and wooden parquet have been used in the flooring of the apartments, the walls are finished with POP work. Besides, the electrical and bathroom fittings are by the reputed brands.

Great Value Sharanam
Located in Sector 107 Noida, Great Value Sharanam is an earthquake-resistant project built on a three side open plot. Most residents here boast of the apartment design and modern day architecture. Every residential unit in Great Value Sharanam encompasses vitrified tiles for the flooring except for the bedrooms where either tiles or laminated wooden flooring has been used. For internal doors, wooden frames have been installed, and for outdoors, UPVC with glazing has been used.

Prateek Laurel
Prateek Groups residential development Prateek Laurel was completed in December 2013. Located in Sector 120, it is an earthquake resistant RCC structure built as per the industry norms. Well ventilated flats is a major USP of the project as it comprises 14 towers on 12.75 acres of land, leaving 80 percent of the land area open. Besides, good quality plaster and fittings, well-maintained and wide approach roads and good maintenance services are other positives highlighted by the residents.
