Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 Online application, eligibility, result, winner list and draw date

The last date to apply for the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) residential plot scheme has been extended to February 13, 2023. It was launched a week after the GNIDA shop/kiosk plot scheme. While the shop/kiosk plot scheme offers over 50 land parcels, the residential scheme has over 165 plots across multiple sectors.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) launched a new residential scheme on January 20, 2023. The announcement was made a week after the Greater Noida plot scheme for shops/offices and kiosks was started on January 13, 2023. The Greater Noida Authority had previously kept a short application window for both schemes till February 3, 2023. However, the last date to apply for the residential plot scheme (Scheme Code LOP 03/2023) has been extended to February 13, 2023. Hence, interested applicants must apply at the earliest. The deadline to pay the processing fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for the residential plot scheme has been revised to February 17, 2023, while the last date to submit documents is February 20, 2023. The schemes have run alongside the Noida Housing Scheme 2023 and multiple project schemes of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 (Residential)
The Greater Noida Authority is offering residential plots under the Scheme Code LOP 03/2023. In this latest development, a total of 166 plots will be put up on e auction. The plot sizes are varied and measure around 162 sq m, 200 sq m, 220 sq m, 350 sq m, 357 sq m, 500 sq m, and 739 sq m, among other sizes. Of these, the highest number of plots is 127, measuring 220 sq m. Also, with around 140 plots, Sector 2 in Greater Noida will be housing most of these land parcels.

Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 Allotment process

The Authority will issue allotment letters to successful applicants within 30 days of the e auction
While for the residential scheme, the complete plot price should be paid within 60 days, the deadline is 90 days from issuance of the allotment letter for the shop/kiosk plot scheme
Any delay in paying within the stipulated time can lead to cancellation of the bid, and the Authority may forfeit the EMD
Greater Noida Plot Scheme 2023 Surrendering of plot
Under the Greater Noida Residential Plot Scheme 2023, the applicant must inform the Authority at least 72 hours before the e auction. The deposited EMD will be refunded without any interest. For intimations within 15 days of issuing the allotment, the complete EMD amount will be forfeited. In case the applicant surrenders after 15 days of the allotment letter but before execution of the lease deed, the full EMD amount and 10 percent of plot premium will be forfeited.

In case an allottee wishes to surrender the plot, they need to submit an online application via email at authority@gnid.in to the Authority within 30 days from the date of allotment
The EMD shall be forfeited, while any further amount deposited towards the payment of plot shall be refunded without interest
In case the plot is surrendered after 30 days from the date of allotment, the GNIDA will not only forfeit the EMD, but shall also charge either 30 percent of the total plot price or the total deposited premium, whichever is lesser. Any remaining amount shall be returned without interest
As the application period has generally been month-long or more for most plot schemes in the region, applicants need to quickly submit their applications to be a part of the eauction. However, it is recommended to apply through the official GNIDA website only to carry out the procedure.
