Noida has grown to become one of the sought after commercial centres in the National Capital Region (NCR) due to its robust economic foundation and closeness to the capital city of Delhi. Sector 18, Noida
Sector 18 is the heart of Noida and a central retail hub. It has a dedicated metro station, which connects the area to both Noida and Delhi. Sector 18 is also surrounded by posh residential areas, which help attract talent for companies looking to set up offices here. It is also well connected via roads to other parts of the National Capital Region (NCR). Most of the offices in Sector 18 are ready to move, with buy rates hovering around Rs 7 to 9 crore. Depending upon the type of amenities and the carpet area chosen, the rates may increase. The majority of the offices here are equipped with conveniences like meeting rooms, cafetarias and lifts, among others.

Sector 132, Noida
Sector 132 is located along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway and also offers seamless access to Faridabad Noida Ghaziabad Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway. As per industry estimates, over 50 percent of office leasing in Noida is centralised along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Resultantly, Sector 132 is developing as a significant business district in the region, with several new commercial centres in the pipeline. Office lease rates in Sector 132, Noida, are around Rs 70 per sq ft. Many projects have also been offering commercial inventory for sale, with prices around Rs 7,500 13,000 per sq ft.

Sector 62, Noida
Sector 62 is a major IT/ITeS hub in Noida. It is home to several Grade A office projects and is located along the National Highway (NH) 24. Further, the extension of the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro will directly connect this sector to localities in Ghaziabad like Indirapuram, Sahibabad and Vaibhav Khand. This is also expected to push the commercial realty north in Sector 62. Office lease rates in the neighbourhood are approximately Rs 60 per sq ft.

Sector 75, Noida
Sector 75 is a posh and developed neighbourhood in Central Noida. It is connected to the Noida Metro through its Aqua Line. Vishwakarma Road is a major arterial road which connects the sector to other parts of Noida. A proposed extension of the metro project is expected to improve its access to Greater Noida as well. With respect to commercial inventory, the area offers a mix of bare shell, unfurnished and semi furnished offices, with lease rates starting from around Rs 55 per sq ft.

Sector 16, Noida
Home to the Film City, Sector 16 is one of the oldest and established business districts in Noida. It also has a metro station within the neighbourhood. Located close to other important business hubs in Sectors 18 and 29, this area has witnessed high demand for commercial spaces. Proximity to the Delhi border has also given an edge to this location. Office spaces in the area are available for lease at around Rs 100 per sq ft.
