CM Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates 124 Key Projects in Noida & Greater Noida

Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, inaugurated 124 key projects across Noida and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority on Jun 25, 2023. These projects include

Advent underpass in Noida Sector 137
Parthala Flyover in Noida Sector 121
Vedvan Park in Noida Sector 78
A sub-station in Noida Sector 123
A sewage disposal plant in Greater Noida
Internal development work at Ecotech-10, Industrial Sector

Parthala flyover
The highly anticipated Parthala flyover, a project worth 84 crores, now links Noida to Greater (West) via the MP3 road. It has been constructed using a cablestyle design, similar to Delhis well known Signature Bridge. With a length of 650 meters, the flyover boasts 28 cables on both sides of the road. This flyover aims to alleviate congestion and eliminate traffic signals at the Parthala Chowk junction, facilitating seamless connectivity between Noida and Greater Noida.

Ved Van Park
Located in Sector 78, Ved Van Park covers an area of 12 acres and was constructed at a cost of 22.68 crore rupees. The primary objective of this project is to educate the public about the historical aspects of the country.

Underpass
Another project, the underpass, initiated on June 11, 2020, intends to enhance connectivity between Sectors 137/142 and Sector 168/135 along the expressway. This underpass will greatly benefit residents of newly-developed housing complexes, commercial areas, and IT firms. However, due to the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the project experienced a year long delay before being completed for Rs 43 crore.

The Chief Minister stressed the need for positive development and noted the changing perception of Gautam Buddha Nagar over the past six years. Noida and Greater Noida have become desirable destinations for people from all corners of Delhi and the country, partly due to the ongoing development of Jewar International Airport, Film City, and other infrastructure facilities.
