Real estate developer M3M is set to invest Rs 700 crore in a Noida commercial project, covering luxury retail and pentsuites. The investment encompasses a Rs 250 crore land cost and Rs 450 crore for construction. Spanning 3 acres, the project will offer 900,000 sq ft of saleable space, featuring 550,000 sq ft for retail and 350,000 sq ft for studio apartments.
