Once termed a satellite town of New Delhi, Gurugram has come a long way to become a hotbed of commercial and business activities. The city today draws a parallel with Mumbai. The region includes sectors 76 to 95 A and 102 to 113. New Gurugram is also connected with NH 48 (Delhi-Jaipur Expressway). Through Sohna Road, New Gurugram will be linked to the Sohna region, another upcoming location in Gurugram.

New Gurugram is developed in a phased manner which includes business & industrial clusters as well as residential communities. The region is also part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), which will further act as a growth multiplier in the foreseeable future.
Real estate in New Gurugram is witnessing a steady rise in demand, which is fuelling the property market. The retail, commercial, and warehouse segment are also high in demand in the New Gurugram, backed by the growing population and improved connectivity.
In terms of social infrastructure, New Gurugram is behind other well-established communities such as Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, and Cyber Hub in Gurugram. However, the social infrastructure is developing at a remarkable pace, thereby increasing the overall liveability of the region significantly.

New Gurugram is connected with a slew of 4-star & 5-star hotels including Radisson, Holiday Inn, Hyatt Regency, etc. through DXP. There are numerous malls including Sapphire Mall (93, 90, 92), Vatika Town Square, and Gallexie-91. Besides, there are plenty of fine dining cafes, F&B outlets, shopping complexes, etc. to meet the growing demand of the residents. There are new schools, hospitals, and multi-speciality healthcare centres planned in the region.

Another added advantage of New Gurugram is the presence of plenty of greenery, natural beauty, and open spaces, which add to the overall quality of living. In New Gurugram, upcoming residential communities, commercial catchments, and retail zones exist alongside natural landscapes, greeneries, and woods. The region is also close to Aravalis and Sultanpur Bird Sanctuaries.
