*Possession & Lease Rent*
The possession of the plots was started in year 2019 and so far offer of possession sent for approx 30% plots of various pockets like I, J, 2A, 2C, 2B, 3D, O, N, M, P, F, G, R, S, T , C, D, E, A & many other pockets. In many pockets construction work is in fast pace. The lease rent is 10% of allotment cost which is paid at the time of 1st registry of the plot. In case you buy registered plot, the lease rent is already deposited by 1st party during his 1st registry.
The one time lease rent for 300 sqm is 1.425 lacs, for 500 sqm it is 2.375 lacs, for 1000 sqm it is 4.75 lacs, where for 2000 sqm lease rent is 9.5 lacs and for 4000 sqm it is 19 lacs.
There is mandatory clause of completion within 3 years after physical possession is given. Physical possession is generally given in few days after registration of plot.
In 3 years minimum 50% area to be covered with gate, boundary wall, washroom, and kitchen. Plumbing work is mandatory, electricity is not mandatory.
